Experteer Overview In this role you will support Embat’s rapid growth by ensuring reliable financial data and scalable accounting processes in a high-volume fintech setting. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to improve and automate daily accounting operations. You’ll contribute to monthly closings, audits, and tax filings, driving efficiency and accuracy. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with real impact from day one, set in a mission-driven fintech company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in a high-growth fintech environment • Support automation of supplier invoice processes • Perform daily bank reconciliations using Embat • Support monthly closing activities and ensure accounting accuracy • Manage accounts payable operations • Assist in preparation of periodic tax filings • Support documentation for annual audits • Detect inconsistencies and resolve issues proactively • Collaborate with Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize accounting processes

Responsabilidades • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields • Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle • Experience with bank reconciliations and AP/AR management • Experience with ERP or accounting software; Business Central is a plus • Advanced Excel skills • Comfort with incomplete information and fast-changing environments • Process-improvement mindset • Startup mindset: ability to work under pressure, highly organized, proactive, ownership-driven • Languages: professional Spanish and English
