Experteer Overview In this role you will help build and operate scalable, secure infrastructure for the core database and data storage platform. You will work with the Data Storage Team within Platform Engineering to improve reliability and enable self-service capabilities for product teams. You’ll apply cloud, networking, and CI/CD best practices, and own on-call incident response and observability efforts. The opportunity combines hands-on platform engineering with collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning in a fast-growing fintech environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas -

Develop and maintain platform solutions to improve reliability, security, and scalability of the Database Platform infrastructure. -

Apply cloud, networking, and CI/CD best practices to support data storage solutions. -

Collaborate with Product Teams to enable database provisioning and drive operational efficiency. -

Contribute to documentation and foster a culture of transparency and learning. -

Deliver high-quality code and infrastructure improvements to the team's roadmap. -





Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshooting to maintain a stable environment. -

Maintain and enhance observability (metrics, logging, tracing) to meet SLOs and availability targets.Responsabilidades -

Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure. -

Practical experience with Postgre SQL, Amazon RDS, S3 or similar data storage solutions. -

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS. -

Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar). -

Programming experience (Python preferred). -

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins, or similar). -

Familiarity with networking and security in cloud environments. -

Familiarity with observability tools (Data Dog, Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry).Requisitos principales -
