ShopFully is seeking a Growth Leader to own Marketplace MAU Growth end to end across Europe, leading a pod of engineers and designers with accountability for outcomes. You will drive acquisition, activation, retention and monetization, own CAC/LTV, and scale successful features across markets.
You will partner with Growth, Data and Design to align performance marketing with product-led retention, ensuring a seamless experience for shoppers in multiple markets and languages.
