Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is AI-first and hands-on, capable of driving AI-native engineering across our XTM Foundation. You will experiment with AI coding tools, build guardrails for safe deployment, and work with multiple product teams to embed AI into daily workflows.
You will help the organization scale AI practices, contribute to external communications, and guide engineering decisions with measurable outcomes.
