Job Title: German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience Level: 3–7 Years

Language Requirement: Native or Fluent German (C2 Level Mandatory)

Note: This role strictly requires prior experience in selling Google Ads Products.

About Us

We are a fast-scaling growth agency specialized in expanding e-commerce businesses throughout the DACH region. Having partnered with nearly 500 brands and generated more than €100 million in verified client revenue, our core competencies center on high-ROI Google Ads management and targeted Email Marketing campaigns. We are seeking ambitious, high-performing sales specialists with strong performance marketing expertise to drive our expansion. This position offers robust brand credibility, high operational autonomy, a fully remote work model, and transparent, performance-based compensation.

The Role

As a German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager, you will manage end-to-end outbound sales operations. Targeting the DACH e-commerce sector—a market of approximately 30,000 prospective online stores—you will deploy multi-touch outbound workflows, connect with senior executive stakeholders, deliver diagnostic account audits, and close new business contracts. Success in this role demands an active, structured prospecting cadence combined with the domain authority required to discuss Google Ads performance metrics authoritatively with e-commerce founders and marketing directors.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Oversee prospects through every sales stage—including outbound lead generation, initial discovery calls,

formal sales presentations, proposal delivery, and deal signing.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Execute integrated outreach sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) using targeted cold-email funnels and structured phone follow-ups.
- Account-Based Lead Generation: Identify, build, and segment target account lists of DACH e-commerce brands, delivering highly tailored outreach campaigns.
- Account Audits & Pitch Strategy: Execute initial Google Ads audits to spot performance gaps, utilizing these actionable insights as the core angle for executive sales meetings.
- Volume & Pipeline Metrics: Maintain structured outbound activity (roughly 100–150 outbound calls daily) to schedule 1–2 qualified sales calls per day and secure at least 4 new clients monthly (~20% closing rate).
- CRM Integrity & Operations: Ensure accurate sales tracking, precise pipeline forecasting, and systematic follow-up workflows within the CRM with absolute precision.
- Strategic Market Insights: Collaborate closely with company executives to refine ideal client profiles (ICPs), outreach messaging, and overall value propositions based on live market responses.

What You Bring (Requirements)

- Language Mastery: Native/C2 German fluency is essential to engage effectively with business leaders across the DACH market, complemented by professional working proficiency in English.
- Sales Track Record: 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, featuring at least 1–2 years specifically selling Google Ads or performance marketing agency services (strictly required).
- Outbound Expertise: Demonstrated background in outbound, full-cycle, and account-based selling methodologies (cold calling, cold email campaigns, multi-touch cadences).
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with e-commerce operations and Google Ads mechanics to conduct informed, authoritative sales discussions.
- Self-Drive & Discipline: Strong time management and accountability in a fully remote environment, with comfort operating under high daily touchpoint targets and sales quotas.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Pre-existing networks within the DACH e-commerce industry (€300k–€10M annual revenue tier).
- Familiarity with cross-selling complementary agency solutions (e.g., Email Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Competency with modern outbound sales stack tools, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Non-Fit Criteria

- Background restricted solely to inbound inquiries or B2C sales.
- Inadequate technical understanding of Google Ads mechanics or fundamental e-commerce KPIs.

What We Offer

- Proven Reputation: Access to over 450 client case studies and €100M+ in tracked revenue results to streamline deal conversion and build immediate trust.
- High-Earning Potential: Competitive base salary accompanied by an uncapped commission and bonus framework tailored to reward high performance.
- Full Remote Flexibility: Work 100% remotely from any location within the EU under standardized, flexible employment terms.
- Career Growth: Direct pathways into senior sales management and leadership roles as our business unit scales quarterly.
- Performance Culture: A clear, data-driven environment that rewards results, values autonomy, and fosters open, transparent feedback.
