As a Partnership Development Manager at Factorial, you will lead the partner ecosystem for the French market and guide a team of Partnership Development Managers. You will define and execute the partnerships strategy, close high-impact collaborations, and build a robust reseller and distribution network.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure partner engagement and drive growth aligned with our mission to simplify HR for SMBs. This role offers shaping France’s go-to-market through meaningful alliances with HR ecosystem partners.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partnership Development Managers to sustain high performance
- Define and implement the French partnerships strategy aligned with company goals
- Contribute personally to closing strategic partnerships and support the team across the sales cycle
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key HR ecosystem partners (sales, implementation, support)
- Develop and manage a reseller and distribution network in France
- Serve as main point of contact for top-tier partners and ensure long-term success




- Oversee partner interactions (calls, demos, reviews) to drive performance and satisfaction
- Collect and analyze partner and client feedback to identify opportunities
- Drive upsell opportunities within the partner network based on client needs
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX, and Leadership to scale the French market

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in Partnerships, B2B Sales, or SaaS
- Initial leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong communication and trust-building with partners and internally
- Proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and driving team targets
- Native French speaker and fluent in English
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
