Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for general leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
- Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
- Process and manage orders




- Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
- Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

What We Are Looking For

- Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
- B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
