Overview We are building a new site in El Albujón - Cartagena and need a results‑oriented, entrepreneurial Site Manager to join the Seed Operations team in Spain.
Responsibilities Manage the site with a focus on seed production.
Lead a team of agronomists, team leads, and crop workers, including permanent employees and seasonal workers.
Ensure optimal seed production with correct certifications, in accordance with Enza Zaden quality standards.
