Reporting to the Head of Controlling, we are looking for a Business Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting business performance and decision-making across our destinations.

What We're Looking For: Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis, or performance management role within the tourism industry.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
