Ensure a well-organized, efficient technical service department, delivering reliable technical support and exceptional customer service to our clients.
Ensure the proper planning, coordination and execution of service and maintenance activities for chillers, PCP units, chilled water pumps, seawater pumps, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs) and ventilation systems onboard superyachts, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
Coordinate with our headquarters in the Netherlands to plan, organize and execute technical service and maintenance activities onboard superyachts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Valid F-Gas certification for handling fluorinated refrigerants
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients, yacht crews and our headquarters in the Netherlands.
