About the Role About the role We are looking for a Travel Retail & Business Development Manager to lead Eight & Bob's global Travel Retail channel and to open and grow the markets in your portfolio.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building.

You will own your markets end to end—strategy, partners, negotiation, execution and results—and you will be the person who places Eight & Bob on the shelves of the world's best airports and most exclusive retailers, and who opens the countries where the brand is not present yet.

You will report directly to the CEO and work hand in hand with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance.

Decisions are made quickly and close to the business: what you build, you will see live in the market within months.

Key Responsibilities Travel Retail Lead the entire commercial development of the Travel Retail channel: identify, develop and manage partnerships with Travel Retail operators, distributors, airport retailers, airlines and cruise lines.





Build and execute the Travel Retail strategy aligned with our ultra-luxury positioning.

Negotiate listings, assortments, pricing and commercial conditions while safeguarding brand equity.

Monitor the channel's performance, distribution, sell-out and KPIs.

Portfolio Management & Growth Define the strategy and own the results of the markets in your portfolio.

Establish and maintain partnerships with top partners (niche perfumery stores, department stores, retail groups, distributors…) through proactive communication, business reviews and periodic meetings.

Ensure Eight & Bob's presence in the most exclusive points of sale of each market.

Evaluate, follow up and report on your portfolio and KPIs periodically.

Travel to visit your key accounts, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and strategy.

New Market Development Identify and prioritise the markets with the greatest potential for Eight & Bob.

Map, approach and qualify potential partners, building a solid pipeline of opportunities.

Negotiate and close the agreements that open each new market, and lead the launch until the market is up and running.

Brand & Execution Excellence Ensure that all staff representing Eight & Bob at the point of sale are properly trained and act as true brand ambassadors (product, storytelling and brand training sessions).

Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure excellence in execution, brand consistency and quality of point-of-sale materials.

Propose initiatives that elevate the brand's visibility, service and storytelling across every touchpoint.
