Forward Deployed Engineer | Permanent or Freelance At Talent-C , we’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can turn business problems into working AI solutions : from the first conversation with users to deployment and adoption.

Up to €80,000 gross/year on a permanent contract or €500/day freelance Hybrid with 1 day/week on-site, with full remote potentially available.

Build AI applications for the Finance teams of a general pharmaceutical group.

What you’ll do Work directly with Finance stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver functional prototypes within the first 1–2 weeks.





Develop complete applications combining Python backends, lightweight user interfaces and AI integrations on Snowflake and/or Databricks.

Take solutions into production, ensuring reliable outputs, secure access and measurable user adoption.

What we’re looking for 5+ years of professional experience, with hands‑on delivery of LLM/RAG applications in production and strong Python skills.

Experience with Fast API or Flask, Streamlit or React, and frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph or Llama Index.

Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, SQL and cloud environments, plus confidence working directly with business users.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie, Finance processes or regulated environments would be a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
