The Team Leader Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of Modernization and Upgrades (MU) installation projects across multiple sites.

This role oversees the disciplinary and functional management of MU Site Managers of the region, ensuring consistent performance, adherence to standards, and continuous team development.

Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA "Metalmeccanico Industria".
