Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and scale Factorial’s partner ecosystem in the UKu0026amp;I, focusing on payroll and accounting channels, firms, and resellers. You will own partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to accelerate growth and market share. You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, and sales to align integrations and solutions with partner needs. This is a strategic, hands-on role for shaping a thriving partner network and driving tangible impact in a fast-growing AI-for-business platform.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Map and recruit new partners in HR, Payroll, and Accounting with a strong ecosystem footprint; manage the full partner recruitment and sales cycle
• Leverage accounting firms, payroll bureaus, and reseller channels to drive distribution and growth in UKu0026I
• Serve as the primary contact for key Accounting u0026 Payroll partners, VARs, and advisory consultancies
• Hold regular meetings with partners and clients to showcase product capabilities and integrations and resolve issues
• Gather partner/client feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for integration or channel maturation




• Upsell additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
• Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX, and Senior Leadership
• Travel to the UKu0026I for events, partner visits, and industry meetups to drive market share

Responsabilidades
• 3–4 years in Partnerships or Channel Sales in SaaS or digital transformation
• Experience with UKu0026I Payroll u0026 Accounting vendors (e.g., Sage, Xero, BrightPay, IRIS)
• Understanding of accounting firm dynamics, payroll bureau operations, and partner playbooks
• Experience working with the UK market
• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll u0026 Accounting
• Strong communicator with ability to build trust quickly
• Proactive, able to bring new ideas
• English expert; other languages a plus
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
