Project Manager - SAGE ERP ImplementationOur client is a fast-growing deep-tech company and a pioneer in software-defined photonics. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of their most strategic initiatives: the company-wide deployment of the Sage ERP platform. The project will improve operational efficiency, process standardisation, data traceability, reporting and scalability.You 'll own the delivery end to end, coordinating stakeholders across the business, managing risk and keeping the project on schedule and aligned with business objectives.Requirements management:Consolidate business requirements, functional specifications, features and use cases from all departments, maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycleStakeholder coordination:Run workshops with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, process gaps and improvement opportunitiesPlanning and execution:Develop, maintain and drive the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependenciesValidation and testing:Define and execute the ERP validation and acceptance strategy, ensuring all business processes are properly tested before go-liveVendor and partner management:Coordinate with the ERP vendor, implementation partners and internal teamsScope, risk and change management:Manage scope changes, risks, compliance requirements, stakeholder communications and escalationsUAT, training and go-live:Support user acceptance testing, training,



deployment readiness reviews and the transition to operational useGovernance:Report project status to management regularly and act as the primary point of contact for all ERP stakeholdersWhat you 'll bringEssentialFluent Spanish and full professional EnglishDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline5+ years in project management rolesProven experience leading ERP implementations (Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or similar)Experience coordinating cross-functional business transformation projectsStrong understanding of ERP processes, including Finance, Procurement, Operations, Inventory, Manufacturing and ReportingExperience gathering, documenting and managing business requirementsExperience defining validation, testing and user acceptance strategiesExperience managing project risks, compliance requirements and stakeholder communicationsStrong grounding in project management methodologies and tools, with advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skillsPersonal qualitiesExcellent communicator, assertive and confident in stakeholder managementAble to facilitate discussions and align diverse business interestsProactive, reliable and self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to balance competing prioritiesPreferredPrevious experience implementing Sage ERPExperience with business process mapping and improvement initiativesProfessional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PM² (a plus)#J-18808-Ljbffr
