Experteer Overview In this role you own and scale Factorial's partner ecosystem in the UKu0026amp;I, with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will recruit, onboard, and grow channel partners, VARs, and IT consultancies that sell and integrate our AI for business solution. You will leverage Microsoft co-selling channels to drive distribution, manage partner relationships, and gather feedback to mature the partnership program. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role with frequent collaboration across product, marketing, and leadership. You will travel to engage at industry events and partner visits, shaping the market share in the region. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Search for and map new potential partners in HR and software with Microsoft footprint; manage full partner recruitment and sales cycle • Leverage Microsoft partner network and co-selling channels to drive distribution and reseller growth in UKu0026I • Serve as main contact for Microsoft-focused partners, VARs, and IT consultancies • Hold regular meetings with partners and clients; update on product and solutions to address problems • Gather partner/client feedback to identify pain points,
