As a Product Engineer in Factorial’s AI-driven Talent Domain, you build and scale AI-powered tools for recruitment, performance, engagement, and training. You’ll shape agentic workflows and LLМ-integrated features that help managers nurture and develop their people. You’ll own design decisions, balance model complexity with reliability, and drive end-to-end experimentation. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing product that aims to transform how work gets done.

• Design system architectures and high-level prompts for multi-agent AI features
• Review and validate AI outputs for security, scalability, and coherence across features
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents running in parallel and ensure consistent results
• Define workflows and experiment with new approaches, sharing learnings with the team
• Explain and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and measuring their production impact
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React
• Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience with integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments
• Comfort breaking down non-deterministic outputs for team action
