Marketing & Sales Manager__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will help run what runs the world by working with Installation Products within ABB Electrification — a business focused on electrical installation, protection, cable management and accessories used in industrial, commercial and transport applications.
As Product Specialist – Installation Products in Spain, you will be responsible for the product strategy, technical promotion and specification of installation-focused product ranges, working closely with end customers, OEMs, sales teams and distributors.
The position contributes to ABB Electrification – Installation Products, covering the following product families: Cable management protection systems (PMA)Cable management protection systems (Adaptaflex)Scope & stakeholdersGeographic scope: LI-hybridYour key responsibilitiesDefine and implement the local product marketing strategy (Products, Price, Place, Promotion).Create and communicate clear value propositions for installation and protection solutions, adapted to OEMs and distributors.
Deliver product training and technical-commercial support to Sales teams and customers.
Serve as a technical reference for installation-related products within the organization.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (electrical specialization)



or Advanced Vocational Training with experience in electrical installations or projects.
Experience or strong interest in electrical installation products, accessories, protection and cable management.
Ability to translate installation-focused technical products into clear and compelling value propositions.
Commercial mindset combined with technical credibility.
Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
