Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own and strengthen the security of Factorial’s integral cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You’ll partner with SRE, IT, and DX teams to bake security into architecture, monitor incidents, and drive risk-based remediation. You’ll implement hardening, CI/CD security, and automated controls to protect our infrastructure stack. This position offers a chance to shape how we secure scale and enable rapid, safe delivery of software.

• Drive end-to-end infrastructure security across cloud environments and IaC
• Lead vulnerability and risk management, maintaining the infrastructure risk register
• Develop and implement hardening strategies to improve resilience
• Build and manage security tooling (CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability scanners) for detection and compliance
• Secure CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments used for code delivery
• Collaborate with Infra, IT, DX and SRE teams to automate security controls
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and infrastructure security policies
• Monitor security alerts and conduct thorough incident investigations




• Contribute to strategy and documentation to keep security posture up-to-date

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Infrastructure Security or Security Engineering in cloud contexts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and containerization (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with EDR, CNAPP, DLP, SIEM, and vulnerability management solutions
• Strong understanding of cyberattack TTPs relevant to infrastructure and cloud
• Deep experience in vulnerability management and risk prioritization workflows
• Solid knowledge of network security, OS hardening (Linux/Unix), and IAM
• Automation mindset with scripting in Python and Bash; knowledge of AI is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Bonus: industry certifications
