Experteer Overview
In this role you will own Factorial's Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, designing and automating a secure, scalable identity ecosystem to support rapid growth. You’ll work with the Systems team and liaise with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance with compliance needs. The role combines AI-enabled automation with agile operations to minimize manual tasks and accelerate onboarding. This is an impact-driven opportunity to build from scratch a modern IAM platform that scales with the business.

• Manage and configure user identities, roles, and access across the organization
• Build and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for large-scale onboarding
• Serve as the main point of contact to align access governance with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure
• Apply AI tools and modern integration methods to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks




• Collaborate with Support and Systems teams to ensure smooth application access, SSO, and lifecycle management

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or IAM environments
• Strong IAM knowledge: identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, directory structures
• Scripting basics
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments or scale-ups with high-volume onboarding
• Familiarity with automated SaaS management tools, agile methods, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., YepCode) is a plus
• Excellent communication to align with legal, security, and platform teams
