Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with DACH customers, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. You’ll craft personalized strategies to boost satisfaction, retention, and expansion while showcasing Factorial’s product updates. You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to address client needs and promote value. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused opportunity in a multicultural startup that values ownership and impact.

• Develop personalized sales strategies including cross-selling, upselling, and churn management
• Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support and proactive communication

• Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships

• Native German and fluent English
