If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house in a strategic department by working with its different teams (Merchandising and Business Performance).Job responsibilitiesYour role will be:Data framework:Collaborate with the BP&T Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team.Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records).Orders follow-up:Follow up and reporting of the inbound planning for all product categories,



identifying alerts of main deviations vs plan.Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations.Business Operations:Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review.Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities.Support the Team in the partner’s reorder requests throughout the season.Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles.Buying session:Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting clusters’ assignation.Others:Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts.ProfileInterest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail.Collaborative team player.Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.Good analytical skills.High level of both Spanish and English; any other languages definitely a plus.Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Power BI.Additional informationA 6 month internship program.Mentorship and learning opportunities with experienced professionals.A collaborative, supportive and informal work environment. xqbhyrx Working hours of Monday to Thursday of 9am – 6:30pm and Fridays 9am-3pm.Study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
