Retail Network Support Manager
The position will be based in Madrid Office in Spain.
What you will do
Customer Management
Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for retail store Manager, building trust and fostering collaboration
Work with store teams to elevate customer service quality and create consistent VARTA brand experience




Provide hands‑on support for store operations, merchandising, and staff training
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and issue resolution
Facilitate communication to align goals, share best practices and address issues
Develop a thorough understanding of customer business objectives and strategies

Drive Sales and Operational Excellence
Leverage insights from the field to contribute to the strategic planning of retail initiatives
