Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the paid acquisition engine for the French market, focusing on revenue-efficient growth. You will own cross-channel campaigns, collaborate with Sales, CRO, content, and marketing to optimize conversion paths and pipeline quality. You’ll lead a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to maximize MRR impact and reduce cost per deal, shaping Factorial’s French growth trajectory. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing AI-for-business company with a strong cross-functional ecosystem.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for the French market
• Optimize a seven-figure annual budget prioritizing the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact in France
• Sync with the French Sales Development team to refine lead quality and improve full-funnel conversion rates
• Lead a relentless test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats for the French audience
• Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion in France




• Use data to report how marketing spend translates into closed-won deals and recurring revenue for the French market
• Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the French B2B landscape
• Manage our performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (SaaS, B2B, and lead-generation environments strongly valued)
• Advanced mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
• Proven track record managing seven-figure annual budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn raw data into actionable growth plans
• Hands-on experience with ad copywriting and strong eye for creative performance
• Self-driven team player comfortable collaborating across international teams and time zones
• Native or bilingual fluency in French and professional fluency in English
