Ensure Production Planning processes at Site level for all product families.




Review and scale up all requirements related to Production Planning processes defined in the core model: from assessment to final proposal and implementation, allocation to the releases of system upgrades and all following phases managing to their adoption.
Guarantee business requirements are covered and consistent between all streams for any new business need or E2E Project according to the Production Plan processes.
Proactively improve and support all Upstream business processes for End to End Planning.
Contribute to the implementation of the change management needed to support new processes and tools within Production Planning Process. Create strong partnership with neighboring functions, mainly with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing and Downstream colleagues.
Deploy processes and solutions that meets the requirements of GBUs and General Supply Chain Functions
Provide the right level of support for Strategic projects.
