Maintenance of the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google and Excel sheets).Conduct payroll checks on the providers' results and ensure data accuracy and data completion.
Taxes: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers.
Payroll Coordination – Be the go-between HR, Finance, Operations, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll serviceSupport the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees' payroll and benefits.




Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits, payroll, company policies, etc...Treat employees as internal customers and facilitate day-to-day work lifeConduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee dataAdminister changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc. QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEMinimum of 2 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll processesKnowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administrationExcellent data management skills - strong Excel and database management skillsStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
