Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Lead based in Spain. This is a fully remote senior sales opportunity focused on developing commercial relationships across Europe and selected international markets. You'll own the commercial journey from initial consultation through client onboarding and structured handover to the recruitment team. The role involves engaging directly with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers to understand organizational needs and establish strong commercial partnerships. Success will depend on your ability to manage multiple commercial conversations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism and follow-through. The position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to directly contribute to regional commercial growth. Lead high-level commercial conversations with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and executive decision-makers across European and selected international markets.
Guide prospective clients through the commercial engagement process, from initial consultation through agreement and onboarding.




Maintain consistent communication with prospective and newly onboarded clients throughout the commercial lifecycle.
Manage the transition and handover of clients to the recruitment team once the commercial process is complete.
Balance a high volume of commercial conversations while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and a consultative approach.
Identify opportunities to strengthen commercial performance and contribute to growth across the European region.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive commercial discussions and client information.
5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, client engagement, or a comparable commercial role.
