As Legal Counsel focussing on employment and labour matters , you will support Fever's operations worldwide, across our growing international workforce. You will help build compliant, scalable workforce models that enable our live experiences and productions, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious global expansion. You will additionally be involved in day-to-day legal support, advising the People and Labor Relations teams, and business leaders , on discrete matters across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through to exits and post-separation matters.
Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the CEE region
Advise on worker classification, working time and staffing models for our live experiences, including temporary, part-time and event-based staff
Provide day-to-day employment and labour law advice to the People team and business stakeholders, adapting
