DescripciónOverseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the business.Preparing accurate financial reports and management information to support decision-making.Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance.Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.Driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and controls.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,



and internal policies.Establishing robust financial controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.Leading, developing, and mentoring members of the finance team.Contributing to the development of a scalable finance function capable of supporting future growth. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Proven experience in finance and accounting roles within international or fast-paced business environments.Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.Experience working with ERP systems and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.Fluent English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken.Previous experience leading, developing
