As DD⁢ Global FP&A; Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting and strategic forecasting across Novartis' global Digital, Data and Information Technology organization. The role requires a highly independent professional who can influence outcomes through collaboration and expertise. Lead the general Financial Planning and Analysis calendar,



coordinating key deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
· Own month-end close and reporting, resolving errors, late inputs and financial variances across DD&IT.;
· Prepare performance dashboards, variance commentary and decision-ready reporting materials for senior leadership.
· Lead budget and three-year target planning, developing guidance, templates and supporting financial models.
· Monitor financial data quality and partner with data owners to resolve issues promptly.
· Perform robust financial modelling and analysis using large, complex datasets to support business decisions.
· Influence senior Finance and DD⁢ leaders to align priorities, assumptions and financial outcomes.
· Lead end-to-end planning and reporting processes while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
