Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of Factorial’s public API and integrations framework, shaping a seamless experience for internal product teams and external partners. You’ll collaborate with product and design to meet real user needs and maintain consistency across product surfaces. You’ll engage with customers to understand workflows and iterate quickly, while contributing to the AI roadmap as it evolves. This is an opportunity to impact how HR tech connects with ecosystems at scale.
