Promotes and sells products and/or services of biomonitoring portfolio and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Closes direct sales of products and/or services. Creates,monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.Typically reports to a South Europe Sales Manager role or to country supervisor1. Monitor and take action to close gaps against sales targets, and update forecast as required• Understand customer’s business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business• Identify, build relationship with appropriate decision makers within Customers and manage sales negotiations2. Business analysis/Problem solving:• Identify general areas for improvements to maximize customer satisfaction & efficiencies, streamline processes, increase sales, improvedelivery and product availability etc.Reporting:• Provide performance reports and metrics and other data as required to customers and internally• Use sales-specific systems (like SalesForce.com) to manage own sales pipeline, forecast and monitor sales targets4.
