Responsible for safeguarding and facilitating the implementation of BF ́s way of brand building, PICOS methodology and the BF's Commercial way, as well as timely reporting, tracking of implementation while taking corrective actions to optimize plan delivery within assigned channels and accounts. Master the ways of growing brands and maximizing takeaway in the wholesale/ Retail/ On-Premise or DSD environment in Mexico, always partnering with commercial and marketing areas and following finance and ethics guidelines.
Elaborate annual Trade Marketing and Activation Plans for the assigned channel (DSD, Retail and On Premise), issuing performance reports.
Ensure an impeccable allocation, management and control of the operating budget, guaranteeing always working with up-to-date quality information.
Support the delivery of the commercial financial targets versus annual budget.
Promote multidisciplinary S&I; workshops and master the BFWOBB in order to align commercial and marketing inputs.
Develop insight based shopper programs that maximize Brand Prominence in POS.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Accountable for sales performance, strategies and tactics in coordination with Sales, FSO, Finance & Marketing.
Lead the development of customer marketing strategy to deliver annual volume and value targets via development and implementation of customer strategic activations.
Lead contract negotiations with 3rd party providers as required.
Safeguard that brand's distinctive assets & toolkits are used correctly within marketing programs and ensure that our activation plans work within Customer guidelines.
