IT and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights into Zurich systems and workflows.Translate business needs into clear data specifications and adapt configurations, prompts and data schemas to country-specific requirements.Support new implementation projects and maintain data schemas so they capture relevant business information.Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of Cytora AI models.Improve data quality, enrichment processes and feature engineering in collaboration with data teams.Connect underwriting, data and IT teams to build a consistent understanding of AI outputs and use cases.Provide training and guidance to underwriters and analysts on the effective use of Cytora capabilities.Contribute to Zurich AI adoption strategy and global best practices in digital underwriting.Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics or a related discipline.At least 3
