We're looking for a passionate, Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team
About The Role
Identify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting channels
Qualify leads by uncovering their needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executives
Act as an expert on the Enginy AI platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing prospecting workflows for Spanish companies
Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, sequences and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market
Track and report key metrics (e.G. outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness
Gather market intelligence (competitor activity, industry-specific challenges) and share those insights with Product and the go-to-market strategy
About You
~ Languages: Advanced English and native Spanish.
~1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or tech




~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading video calls and cold calls
~ Solid knowledge of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)
~ Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)
~ Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and the resilience to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
~ Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to our vibrant city.

Nice to have
Experience selling or prospecting to SMBs and enterprise accounts
Experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Success
Previous experience with AI-powered sales tools or marketing automation platforms
Multilingual skills (Italian, German or French) to support prospecting across the EMEA region
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data enrichment tools
