You'll own recruitment from intake through offer, partner closely with hiring managers and give every candidate an experience worth talking about, while keeping hiring moving at speed. You'll be part of our talent function, working with a senior team of recruitment experts and a senior sourcer. We build in-house, with no agencies, so your work directly shapes who joins Maisa.

based on your impact and development.
What You'll Do Own recruitment end to end
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Client Services, GTM, sales and marketing roles, from intake and candidate assessment through offer and close.
Translate hiring needs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans and recruitment strategies.
Run multiple pipelines in parallel, keeping priorities clear and quality consistent.
Around 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
Experience owning full-cycle recruitment for GTM, business and client-facing roles, with an understanding of technical hiring.
A data-driven mindset and a fast growth mindset: you use numbers to improve, and you learn quickly.
The ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment without dropping quality.
