Fluent in Dutch (full professional proficiency – mandatory)
Strong level of English (French and/or German is a plus)
No recruitment experience required, but strong interest in sales, business, and people
Commercial awareness and motivation to succeed
You will manage the full recruitment cycle for technology profiles such as Cloud, Data, Development, CRM, and SAP:
Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network




Conducting in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
Actively prospecting via calls, emails, and networking
Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
Negotiating commercial terms with clients
Full training in recruitment and sales
A key role in a brand-new international project

Junior Recruitment Consultant €23,000 to €30,000 *includes base (€23,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
Recruitment Consultant €25,000 to €38,000* includes base (e25,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
