Join Synmatch AI's client as a Business Development Representative in a fully remote role based in Spain, hunting new business across premium furniture retailers, interior design stores, and high-end decor shops. The base salary figures look modest on their own, but uncapped 5% commission on all self-acquired revenue changes the picture entirely. This is pure new business no account management, no inherited book. You'll research and build your own lead lists, run outbound outreach by phone and email (often speaking directly to owner-managers), and develop prospects through to their first order before handing them over to the German team and moving on to the next opportunity.
Our client expects prospecting and outreach to run in parallel from day one. This is explicitly not a role where you spend weeks building the perfect list before making contact speed to real customer conversations matters from the start.
Key responsibilities
Build Lead Lists: Research and build your own lists of premium furniture retailers,



interior and design stores, high-end decor shops, galleries, concept stores, interior designers, and suitable online shops
Outbound Outreach: Run outreach by phone and email, including cold calls, often speaking directly to owner-managers
Decision-Maker Identification: Identify the right decision-makers within each business
Persistent Follow-Up: Follow up consistently and persistently with prospects
Prospect Development: Develop prospects through to their first order
Clean Handover: Hand the customer over to the team in Germany once the first order is placed, then move to the next opportunity
Regional Targeting: Independently identify high-purchasing-power, tourism, and second-home regions (e.G., Marbella, southern France, Cyprus, Brussels, Florence, Barcelona)
