Ruby Labs is hiring an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels, partnering with Product, Marketing (UAM), and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV- while ensuring trusted tracking, strong data models, and decision-ready reporting. This role is hands-on and cross-functional: you will own analysis from problem framing to recommendation, and you'll mentor analysts while collaborating closely with Data Engineering/BI to keep data foundations reliable.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and decision criteria.

Deliver full-funnel analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements or A/B test ideas.
Lead user behavior analysis (journeys, drop-offs,

Mentor Junior/Middle Data Analysts in SQL, validation, funnel/cohort analysis, and experimentation quality; Mathematics, Data Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
~3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven ownership of end-to-end analysis and stakeholder delivery.
~ Experience in subscription business and/or acquisition-driven web funnels.
~ Proven hands-on experience designing, running, and validating end-to-end A/B tests
~ Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar
~ Advanced SQL
