The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationship with Third Party Service Providers and driving the service providers to market the bank/s mortgage products.
Relationship Manager Third-Party Service Provider is responsible for overseeing, managing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with external business partners (Service Provider).



This role ensures service quality, compliance with contractual obligation, risk management and process efficiency while fostering strategic partnerships that support organisation goal.
Third Party Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Third Party Service Providers
Build and maintain strong, professional relationship to support collaborative, long term partnership
Source for the potential Third Party Service Providers who is interested to work with the bank.
Performance Monitoring / Management:
Track and monitor submission, approval, acceptance, Letter Instruction issuance status, loan execution and disbursement status for each of the mortgage application submit by Third Party Service Providers and provide consistent status updates to Service Providers
Provide guidance and advice to agents for each of the application required further clarification from the bank.
