Job Summary:
As a Staffing Coordinator for Supermicro, you will have a critical role in our success to ensure that we recruit and attract top talent. Reporting to the staffing manager, and "providing" & "support" to the staffing team, the Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing by assisting in scheduling phone and on-site interviews, liaison between candidates and hiring managers and the staffing team, and assist in building a solid pipeline of candidates.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for recruitment and be self-motivated, assertive and proactive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned but not limitied):
• Schedule phone and on-site interviews for different departments
• Be the point of contact for the candidates and ensure managers are interviewing the candidates in a timely manner
• Keep communication channels open and continue to follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Attract right candidates and foster the candidate experience
• Assist in sourcing candidates, phone screen and present them to hiring managers
• Play an active role in full cycle recruitments
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate high tech indust
