Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to directly own, grow, and expand enterprise customer relationships for Supermicro’s server and infrastructure solutions. This role is highly hands‑on and execution‑driven, focused on developing named enterprise accounts, driving opportunities to close, and expanding Supermicro’s footprint within existing and new customers.

This position is account‑centric and revenue‑focused, emphasizing deal execution, pipeline development,



and customer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Grow named enterprise accounts by expanding Supermicro’s server and infrastructure footprint.

• Execute account‑level growth plans and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Identify and advance enterprise opportunities and pipelines across servers, AI platforms, and data center infrastructure.

• Drive deals end‑to‑end in partnership with internal sales teams.

• Collaborate on joint account plans and enable partners to compete effectively in enterprise accounts.

• Position Supermicro as a Tier‑1 enterprise OEM through first‑to‑market leadership, customization, workload‑optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership.
