About the job

As part of our Global ERP Team, you will support more than 40 entities across EMEA, acting as a trusted partner for end users and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving our Dynamics 365 F&O; landscape while ensuring a high-quality support experience for our internal customers.

Working alongside a team of ERP specialists, you will contribute to global ERP initiatives and help our business maximize the value of Microsoft technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging the latest Microsoft solutions in a dynamic international environment.

What You'll Do

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related incidents and system issues
- Maintain the stability, performance, and functionality of the D365 F&O; platform
- Manage and coordinate system changes, enhancements,



and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities and updates
- Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction in line with Fagron's "Customer is Number 1" mindset

Set yourself apart

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Functional Dynamics 365 F&O; / Finance & Supply Chain Management support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Experience troubleshooting ERP system issues and supporting business users.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What's Nice to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) modules.

- Experience with Manufacturing modules.
