Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Generalist who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast-growing organization. This role will be a member of the dynamic HR team at the company’s headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Generalist job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• HR Business Partner Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to the HRBPs and assist with the administration and coordination of performance management, talent management, employee leave processes, and other employee lifecycle activities.

• HR Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and policy materials. Prepare routine HR reports, metrics, and analyses to support business and HR initiatives. Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Policy and Compliance Support: Serve as a resource for managers and employees by providing guidance and clarifica
