What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Global LIMS Coordinator to join our Quality area in Madrid on a permanent basis. This role is key to ensuring the long-term sustainability of the LIMS system, maintaining its validated state,



and supporting users and global teams in a regulated environment.
You will work cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Project Planning, QA, and General Quality Systems, playing a critical role in system administration, business support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
The challenge
- Ensure the long-term sustainability of the LIMS system by managing user requests and supporting business needs.
- Administer and maintain the system in a controlled and validated state.
- Process access requests and ensure proper user administration.
- Understand and maintain the system's master data.
- Support the creation and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training modules.
