- Professional experience in social, community, or socio-educational intervention, including participation in projects or programs aimed at individuals, families, or groups. 0.5 points will be awarded for each year of accredited experience. Maximum score: 2 points.
- Professional experience in coordination with associations, social or health entities, families, multidisciplinary teams, or other community agents. 0.5 points will be awarded for each year of accredited experience. Maximum score: 1 point.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating activities, conferences, workshops, meetings, or initiatives related to volunteering, social participation, or awareness-raising. 0.25 points will be awarded for each distinct and properly accredited activity or initiative. Maximum score: 1 point.
- Experience in developing and monitoring action or intervention plans, reports, records, or other technical documentation related to projects or social actions. 0

Specific Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Social Education, Social Work,

Type of employment: Permanent contract

Weekly schedule: Full-time 35 (35 hours per week), with flexible hours and availability to occasionally work on Saturdays, holidays, and special hours, depending on the needs of scheduled events
Annual gross salary: €30,456.15
Fixed salary: €26,483.61
Variable salary: €3,972.54
Estimated duration: The contract is tied to the duration of the project/activity/funding

Selection process

Selection process: Based on the points obtained in the merit evaluation, at least the top three candidates will be selected for a personal interview, where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points for assessable merits will be eligible for the interview stage.

After the position is awarded, if the selected candidate declines the contract before it is formalized, the hiring committee may choose the next candidate according to the score list.
