Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment. * Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing,



and deployment. * Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for new and existing projects.

Requirements * Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or mentoring role. * Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Java

Script, C#). * Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL). * Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, essential for remote collaboration. * Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
