Are you an experienced accountant seeking a secure, long-term opportunity on the island of Mallorca? FCR Immobilien AG is an established German real estate company specializing in shopping centers, retail parks, and commercial properties.
To strengthen our branch on Mallorca, we are looking for a reliable and meticulous financial accountant to join our team immediately.
The workplace is currently situated in S’Arenal and will relocate to Llucmajor starting in January.
Please note that this is an exclusively on-site role; home office or remote work is not possible.
In this role, you will take ownership of ongoing financial bookkeeping and ensure our figures are accurate.
Your core responsibilities include: * Handling day-to-day financial accounting * Recording, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices * Reviewing and booking regular business transactions * Managing bank accounts and payment processing * Conducting account reconciliations and clearing open items * Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable * Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements * Collaborating with our German headquarters, tax consultants,
and external contacts * Carrying out general commercial and administrative office tasks What you bring to our team: * Completed commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by further certification in financial accounting * Practical professional experience in accounting or financial bookkeeping * Confident and proven proficiency with DATEV is mandatory * Solid understanding of German accounting standards * Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel * Very good German skills, both written and spoken * Spanish language skills are an advantage, but not strictly required * An independent, structured, and diligent working approach * Discretion, dependability, and a keen affinity for numbers What we offer you: * A long-term, stable position within an established German real estate firm * An attractive workplace located directly in Mallorca * Short communication paths and autonomous, self-responsible tasks * A versatile scope of work with direct interaction with our corporate headquarters * An immediate full-time employment start #J-18808-Ljbffr
