Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.

Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.
Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects.
Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations.
Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management.
Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a general and multicultural environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
Fluent in English.
