The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a French e-commerce brand in home and outdoor furniture with more than 20 years of history. Today they're present in 11 European markets, 100% online, with around 150 people between their French headquarters and their Barcelona hub, where an international team of around 30 people runs every market except France. They have a real startup spirit, their own in-house platform and tools, and one big goal: triple their performance over the next three years. Italy is their third biggest market, and that's where you come in. And your role in this?
This is a brand new role:



you'll be the go-to person for all paid performance on the Italian market, working hand in hand with the Spain and Portugal team and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Own the Google Ads strategy for Italy end to end: Search, Shopping and Performance MaxBuild, launch and optimize campaigns with clear targets on ROAS, CPA and revenueWork on the product feed and Merchant Center to make sure Shopping and PMax run at their bestManage and allocate the budget, and push back when you think it should be spent differentlyWrite and adapt ad copy for the Italian audienceTrack performance, build clear reporting and turn the data into concrete action plansTest other channels such as Meta Ads as the market growsContribute to e-commerce topics for Italy (promotions, catalogue, emailing) and grow your SEO skills over timeAs the market scales, coach the interns who will join the Italian teamOk, what should you bring? 2 to 4 years of hands
